“ARENA VILNIUS” ARENA VISITOR RULES OF CONDUCT
VISITORS HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
Enter the arena only with the permission of the “Arena Vilnius” administration, and to attend paid events upon presentation of a valid ticket or other document granting the right of entry;
Occupy only the seats in the arena hall/stands indicated on their ticket or other document granting access to the event;
Use the cloakrooms, bars, and other publicly accessible facilities within “Arena Vilnius” in accordance with the established procedures;
Smoke electronic cigarettes and other tobacco products only in designated and clearly marked areas within the indoor and/or outdoor premises of “Arena Vilnius”;
Attend events held at “Arena Vilnius” where specific requirements (e.g., dress code, age restrictions, etc.) are set by the event organizer, only upon presenting valid tickets and/or documents and complying with such requirements.
VISITORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM:
Entering paid events without a valid ticket or other document granting the right of entry, unless otherwise specified;
Consuming alcoholic beverages in the arena hall during sporting events;
Bringing into the arena:
- Any liquids, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, other beverages, or food products;
- Bottles, cups, cans of any kind, and any objects made of plastic, glass, fragile materials, or metal, including “Tetra Pak” packaging;
- Toxic, narcotic, or psychotropic substances;
- Weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, signal rockets, smoke powders, gas bombs, gas canisters or sprays, dyes, self-defense equipment,
- pyrotechnics, explosive or flammable materials;
- Materials or items promoting racist, xenophobic, extremist right-wing, nationalist or socialist ideologies, gender discrimination, or otherwise violating public morals and order;
- Bulky items (e.g., flagpoles, flags larger than 2 x 1.5 m, ladders, chairs, boxes, large bags, umbrellas, backpacks, suitcases, sports bags, etc.). Any item that cannot fit under a seat is considered bulky;
- Large quantities of paper, paper rolls, or leaflets;
- Professional filming or photography equipment;
- Loudspeakers, megaphones, sirens, horns, or other sound-producing devices or musical instruments;
- Drones or other remotely controlled devices;
- Laser devices, flashlights, homemade or other light-emitting devices;
- Animals;
- Any other items prohibited by the event organizer, administration, security personnel, or police officers, or which may pose a risk or inconvenience.
Behaving dangerously in a way that threatens personal safety or that of others;
Entering the arena under the influence of alcohol and/or psychotropic substances;
Throwing objects into the stands, hall, or basketball court, or otherwise disrupting the event;
Lighting fires, using fireworks, smoke devices, or any explosive or flammable materials;
Distributing or displaying commercial, advertising, harmful, aggressive, political, racist, or religious material or information, including via clothing;
Accessing the stage, backstage areas, dressing rooms, or restricted/service areas without permission;
Using words, gestures, or actions that degrade the dignity of participants or spectators;
Entering the service parking area without authorization;
Damaging arena property, equipment, decorations, or greenery.
PERSONS NOT PERMITTED IN THE ARENA:
- Those who fail to comply with arena rules, public order, or standards of public morality;
- Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychotropic substances;
- Individuals known or suspected of public order violations, hooliganism, or other offenses in or around the arena;
- Persons who do not meet age requirements set by the event organizer or cannot prove their age;
- Persons without a valid ticket or entry document;
- Persons attempting to use forged or invalid tickets or bring prohibited items;
- Persons whose behavior poses a threat to safety, property, or others.
VISITORS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT:
For security purposes, a video surveillance system is installed at the “Arena Vilnius”, recording the event, its visitors and their actions. Personal data collected during video surveillance is processed in accordance with the procedures and conditions set out in the privacy policy approved by Star Dome, UAB, the company managing the “Arena Vilnius”. Each visitor of the “Arena Vilnius” agrees that their voice and/or image may be used free of charge during live broadcasts of the event, in event recordings, in the dissemination of information about the event, and in event photographs published online or in other public media. Such material may be used for an unlimited period of time by the operators of the “Arena Vilnius”, event organizers or third parties, in compliance with all laws of the Republic of Lithuania applicable to the use of such information. These rules apply to all events held at the “Arena Vilnius”.
Any audio or video recordings, photographs, or match results of events and sporting competitions may be recorded and used for personal purposes only. Without the consent of the operator of the “Arena Vilnius”, it is prohibited to distribute the aforementioned event-related information to the public, regardless of the means of transmission, including via the internet, radio, television, mobile phone, or other means. It is also prohibited to assist other persons in carrying out such activities.
Only one event visitor may use one (1) and the same ticket during a single event.
Prior to entering the “Arena Vilnius”, event visitors may be subject to inspection by security personnel. Where such inspection is carried out, a visitor wishing to enter the arena must consent to being searched, including the inspection of their clothing, bag and other items that may appear dangerous or potentially dangerous to security personnel.
In cases where a ticket grants a discount or special conditions to a specific category of visitors (e.g. seniors, students, persons with disabilities, etc.), as well as in cases where entry to an event is restricted by age, security personnel and/or other service staff shall have the right to request a valid identity document together with the ticket. A visitor who refuses to present an identity document may, at the discretion of the inspecting personnel, be denied entry to the event. Event attendees and other persons in the “Arena Vilnius” must comply with the instructions of event organizers, security staff, police officers, and/or other persons responsible for ensuring safety and order.
The accompanying persons and/or parents are responsible for the safety and health of minor and underage children in the “Arena Vilnius” and/or its surrounding areas. If an event attendee and/or their child behaves carelessly or improperly and is injured or otherwise harmed, the administration and operator of the “Arena Vilnius” arena shall not be liable for any damage suffered by such persons. The “Arena Vilnius”, its operator, and administration are also not responsible for the specifics of the event, its content or format, nor for special effects used during the event, event sound, noise, or other conditions, and shall not compensate for any resulting damage.
If an event attendee and/or their child damages or destroys property of the “Arena Vilnius” or other attendees, such persons (in the case of damage caused by children – the responsible persons and/or parents) must compensate the “Arena Vilnius” and other affected persons for the damage incurred.
The attendee must keep their ticket or other document granting access to the “Arena Vilnius” until the end of the event.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, danger, or a threat to the safety or execution of the event, attendees may be relocated to seats other than those indicated on their ticket or asked to leave the “Arena Vilnius” upon the request or instruction of a security officer, police officer, employee of the “Arena Vilnius” administration, and/or another person responsible for maintaining order in the arena.
The administration of the “Arena Vilnius” or other responsible persons maintaining order have the right to refuse entry to or remove individuals from the arena if it is determined that their tickets, permits, or other access documents were transferred or sold to persons not entitled to use them.
Drinks sold at bars operating in the “Arena Vilnius” may be provided in resealable plastic bottles without caps, and beverages in metal cans and/or glass containers may be poured into containers chosen by the catering establishment.
For the convenience of event attendees, cloakroom, storage, and other services may be provided at the “Arena Vilnius” arena. These services may be subject to a fee. The applicable service charges can be obtained from the service provider at the time.
When leaving clothing in the cloakroom, attendees must receive a cloakroom number tag. Only one outer garment per hanger is allowed.
When placing items in storage lockers, attendees must receive a locker key.
If a cloakroom number tag or locker key is lost, the attendee must immediately inform the cloakroom staff.
Items left in the cloakroom or storage will only be returned to an attendee who reports a lost cloakroom number tag/key after all other attendees have left the “Arena Vilnius”.
A fee of 10 euros is charged for a lost cloakroom number tag and/or locker key.
The “Arena Vilnius”, its operator, and administration are not responsible for personal belongings left in clothing stored in the cloakroom.
If attendees fail to comply with these rules, the administration and/or other persons maintaining order in the “Arena Vilnius” have the right to remove them from the arena. No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased by attendees removed from the arena, and any losses incurred will not be compensated.
By entering the “Arena Vilnius”, each attendee confirms that they have read the arena’s rules of conduct and undertake to comply with them unconditionally.
Persons who fail to comply with these rules may be denied entry to the “Arena Vilnius” or, if violations are discovered or occur later, removed from the “Arena Vilnius” without prior warning! Individuals are liable for violations of public order and the rules of the “Arena Vilnius” in accordance with the procedures and conditions established by law.
